The location is great. It’s expensive for what it is but it’s Hawaii. The pool and hot tub are small but nice. The rooms are clean and the front desk staff is super nice. The breakfast needs some help - please have more vegetarian and healthier options
No complaints for this low-key hotel room. The rooms were clean and the mattresses were comfortable and not "bombed out and depleted". The morning's free continental breakfast isn't bad either as I've had way worse.
Giving this hotel 5 stars for convenience especially traveling with my elderly parents. Located not too far from the main area, their handicap parking is super close to the entrance, check in was easy and I was able to add to my IHG account. It’s the only hotel in Kona that comes with complimentary breakfast, it can get busy but our room was on the first floor so it was so easy to go back and forth. Continental with a good amount of options to start your day. The room is huge with 2 queen beds and even a pull out couch. Comes with a hotel room, coffee maker, sink, and microwave. AC works well and very spacious for a large family and so close to walk by shops and easy to get in and out. Made it very easy to gf around and check in and check out was really easy. WiFi worked, small gym, and a pool.
If you are looking for an affordable place to stay this is it. We had a room with a sofa and sitting area, coffee pot in the room. Free breakfast. The breakfast was OK. There was always something we could eat, but somedays were better than others The pool is not very big, has a small hot tub on the end of it Had a laundry room to do laundry, which was a wonderful thing! $4 a load for each and no dirty clothes from ocean when we got home! They do charge for self parking, you can definitely walk to the downtown area and get anything you need. Several ABC stores, restaurants and ice cream places along the way. There are some public beaches nearby as well
The room that we had was pretty large, there is a separate roll table which is good when you eat take out foods like we did. We had a good breakfast. There was just no late check out which is understandable. Close to lot of stores and restaurants.
INCREDIBLE location!! Walking distance to the best shops and restaurants. Best service I've experienced, Donna is an absolute gem and was so kind to us our whole stay. 4 minute walk to beach and everything you could need.
Too good..!! The location, price, rooms and the service you get is at par. It has good breakfast menu with options. Go for it, specially with kids. Lady at the front desk was too cute and helpful. Thank you, for the great experience.
This hotel delivers all that you would expect from a HI. The small fitness centre has good well maintained equipment. The pool looked inviting and had we been staying longer we would have tried it. The room was clean and the furnishings were contemporary. The breakfast was plentiful if lacking in fresh fruit. Staff were nice and would do what ever they could for you.
